Abstracts should only be submitted through the website and in English. Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hard copy or e-mail.
The presenting author has to be registered in order to be able to submit an abstract.
To submit an abstract the author will have to enter a specific code in the submission form.
Abstracts must be submitted electronically no later than midnight on 3 October 2019 (GMT).
Only the presenting author can submit an abstract. An abstract submitted by someone else might be refused.
Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to the stated e-mail address.
The presenting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing co-authors of the status regarding the abstract.
In cases where the abstract is NOT accepted, participants will be contacted promptly and the registration fee fully reimbursed.
Abstracts submitted for presentation will be reviewed by an international panel of experts.
The submitter will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the abstract by December the 15th 2019 at the latest.

If a selected presenting author cannot attend, he/she should assign a substitute and inform the congress secretariat of this replacement in due time.
Posters can be viewed by participants during lunch, coffee breaks and poster sessions.
Please note that a formal poster tour will be organised during the meeting.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Programme.
